I think this coach has the right ideas because he wouldn't be a coach, if he didn't know how to train his group. What I mean by training is not lifting or bench-pressing, I mean he thought them how to be winner mentally. He taught them how keep going without giving up. That is what really won them the games, not the physical exercise. That is what makes him such a great coach, and what makes this student success statement so good.
