Attitude is the mind's paintbrush. It can color any situation.

What I think this saying means is that everything is white, and your brain is the paint. You can have a good attitude and paint it colorful, with cheerful colors. That means that you want to be happy, On the other hand, you can  paint it with gloomy colors, like black and brown. With those colors, you might be sad, angry, depressed. Your mind can do a lot of powerful things, but your attitude can stop it from doing so, or empower it to do so.
What is attitude?
-a  way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior.

-demeanor
-bias-
character-
-position
-air
-prejudice
-angle
-bent
-slant
-belief
-mindset
-opinion
-mood
-opinion
-view
-stance
-sentiment
-reaction
-twist
-temper
-standing point
-reaction

A good example of a great attitude is always looking forward to things even if you fail at doing them, on the other hand if you are always mad because you keep on failing, that is a bad example of attitude.

I feel like this is a good job to take because there isn't really a lot of pressure and even if you fail it's not as bad as seeing someone die because of your lack of skills.

What is honor?
Honor is:

Honor is the recognition of selflessness. When we see someone who has gone beyond the little self, we are reminded of our own potential or self-imposed limitation. It is to acknowledge this potential or limitation that we recognize one who has gone beyond. A teacher who has gone beyond the call of duty and truly cared for the student is worthy of honor. A person who really deserves to be called honorable is a person who deserves it 100%, for example, a person who will fight for what they believe for until they reach that specific goal, even after failing so many times, should be called honorable.

What is Dishonor?
Dishonor is:

Dishonor is the feeling of shame and guilt of failing without ever standing up again. Take for example a soldier, he goes to war and fights, but he gets so scared he would rather quit than help his teammates survive. A true honorable person would have fought, not for himself, but for the survival of the others, even if it meant his own death. Dishonor is the lowest you can possibly go because it is basically giving up on ones self and everyone close to the person. You must keep on fighting until you really can't go anymore.

"He who walks with the wise grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm."
-A proverb

I think what this means is that whoever you hang out with, is who you are going to become like. For example if you are a good kid, but you start hanging out with stoners and retards, you are going to become like on of them, eventually. On the other hand, if you hang out with kids who are always studying and being respectful, you will eventually be like them, smart and respectful. "Friends" have a great influence on you even if you don't notice it, but by the time you do, you will see how much you have changed, and it could be for good or bad, it all depends on your choices.

" You can't hire someone else to do your push-ups for you."
-Jim Rohn

I think what this great man means is that you HAVE to do your own things. You can't go all your life making other do people do what YOU have to do. That doesn't make sense, because when you truly are alone and you need to do something, its just going to be you having to do your own things, no one else. It is better to always do your own things so that you can become strong and versatile. At the end it is your life, not someone elses.

Integrity
This video was about integrity  and it focused on Abraham Lincoln. He made a promise to his mom before she died that he would never smoke or drink. One day he was walking with his general, and the general told him to smoke or drink with him. Abe told him the story of his mom and the promise, and after he finished telling the story, the general have him his respect for keeping up with the promise no matter what. That is what integrity really is. Keeping up with your promises and always doing what you feel is the right thing to do, and that is exactly what Abraham Lincoln did. I always keep up with my promises and appointments.

"Man's rise or fall, success or failure happiness or unhappiness depends on his attitude... a man;s attitude will create the situation he imagines."
-James Allen

I think what this wise man means is that however you imagine the situation, that is what the outcome will be. For example, if you are always pessimist, at the end, everything will go wrong, and no one will enjoy it. On the other hand if you are always an optimist, you will find that the outcomes will always come out like you imagined them to be, happy and joyous. It all depends on how you deal with things.

Student Success Statement
"Kindness is the essence of greatness."
Joesph B. Wirthlin

I think what this man means is that anyone who is kind and nice, is great. If you help out a person in need, for example, giving out to the homeless, you will be great because in that exact moment you showed kindness. Even if no one saw you be great, you still feel great because you know you did the right thing and you really helped someone out that day. I also feel that even if no one sees you doing a thing, you shouldn't do it because of that, you should still do it for the sole purpose of self pleasure of feeling good and respectable
