I would not like to be one because I don't feel like that this medicine works and I feel like it is just a complete waste of time to learn any of this. They are also paid very little compared to other professions.

I think what this great man means is that as long as you keep true to your parts, for example a, giving your word, keeping a promise, or even doing what you think is right, you will have honor. If you always do what you say you are going to do, people will see you as an honorable person because you are always keeping it true. You can't like even once because people will start to lose trust in you, and I think trust and honor need each other to work.
