Student Success Statement
"Obedience.... is the primary objective of all sound education."
-Elizabeth Missing Sewell

I think what this great woman means is that in order to be well educated, you have to pay attention and follow directions. For example, how would a little kid learn if he throws tantrums over test scores, over missing projects etc. in order for that kid to learn he has to shut up and listen. That's the only way anyone will learn. You can't talk back because that's being disobedient.

Student Success Statement
"Obedience sums up our entire duty."
-Hosea Ballou

I think what this great man means is that if you follow directions 100% you will never get in trouble and you can get all the freedom you want while still following directions. for example, if your job is it to guard that house, you have to guard it as part of your duty and as part of your obedience. You can do whatever you want as long as you keep guarding that house. The moment you stop following the rules is the moment you stopped doing you duty.

No I would not like to be one because I feel like they do not get paid a lot, I also feel like the area of teeth are not what I am interested in. This would be a great job if you don't want to go all the way, but other than that i feel like it is much more worth it to finish all 4 years at college.

If I did not want to be a surgeon i would like to be one because they make a lot of money and it is somewhat in the same field of study as a surgeon. I feel like this is a good job to take because there isn't really a lot of pressure and even if you fail it's not as bad as seeing someone die because of your lack of skills.

Integrity
This video was about integrity  and it focused on Abraham Lincoln. He made a promise to his mom before she died that he would never smoke or drink. One day he was walking with his general, and the general told him to smoke or drink with him. Abe told him the story of his mom and the promise, and after he finished telling the story, the general have him his respect for keeping up with the promise no matter what. That is what integrity really is. Keeping up with your promises and always doing what you feel is the right thing to do, and that is exactly what Abraham Lincoln did. I always keep up with my promises and appointments.
