  • Limit Total Fat
  • Avoid Smoking
  • Keep an active life style
  • Maintain A Healthy Body Weight
  • Reduce your Stress
To increase my health I want to do more exercise, that is the only step that I am not doing. If I do that I will mentally and physically fit. I feel like I am a very a well balanced person, overall. I just need a healthy body weight.
