Occupational Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities:
They help patients who are mentally or emotionally ill. They help them regain living and self-care skills. They work as a team consisting of a physicians, counselors, and physical therapists. They must also design plans that best suit and help the patient in recovery and are best for them. They also teach the patients how to deal with the machinery at home and how to adjust to them.

Salary:
$26,000 - $45,000

Education:
Students wanting to become a therapists should take the most challenging high school courses in math, science, and English. All  the states require for a bachelor's degree or master's degree, and clinical experience  or successful completion to become a certified occupational therapist.


Do you think you would like to be one?
I would not like to be one because I think that it is boring and having to take care of a patients for years is kind of dull.
