I don't know who the guy is that said this, but by the looks of it he sounds like an officer in the army, and I really respect them and I think his quote is really good. My understanding of it is that you should always aim for the highest mountain possible, and always try to get there. If you aim for a little hill, well then you are not really giving it your best because its a small feat of strength
